Éalú Lodge is conveniently located between the town centre on the banks of the River Garavogue and the beautiful Doorly Park, offering guests the opportunity to turn left and walk 400m into the town centre or cross the road and immediately be immersed in nature on beautiful native forest trails along the river.
The building is nestled against the now-closed historic Sligo jail. The lodge is perfect for a couples getaway, a weekend away with mates, or any group trips. The building sleeps up to 21 people in a range of room layouts. All rooms are ensuite and each room has a TV. Adventure, Eat, Sleep, Repeat!
The lodge has bikes for hire on site and a purpose-built cycle trail only 75m from the front door. Enquire with staff and book one of their sister companies’ wonderful hikes. Conquer the mighty Benbulben mountain, stand-up paddle the river for the dawn chorus, or explore the area on two wheels.
The kitchen facilities are perfect for making a picnic lunch to bring on your adventures, or grab one of their delicious locally roasted single-origin organic coffees before hitting the road.
With on-site parking and their proximity to town and nature, they encourage guests to get out on foot or bike and explore the area.
