Ballygawley Music Festival has officially launched its line-up for 2025. It is the 5th anniversary of the festival which has gone from strength to strength since its founding in 2019. The festival is not for profit event and it is run by a group of energetic volunteers from the community with support from our many sponsors. The aim of the event is to host a unique and diverse music event annually in the village (over 18s).
This year’s event will take place from the 17-20th July. On Thursday 17th July, the marquee will play host to Ballygawley Kids Fest from 5.30pm. The Tumbling Paddies will headline Friday 18th July with support from Claudia Buckley and her band. Saturday 19th July will see Sean Magee, One for the Road and Derek Ryan take to the main stage whilst Sunday 20th July will see Mike Denver and Johnny Brady close out the festival.
Thomas Walsh, one of the organisers, said: “We are expecting our biggest crowds to date in 2025 and we have a line-up to match. We have continued to invest in the event, its branding and promotion and we are looking forward to people from around the country and overseas to descend on Ballygawley Village. The event is only made possible by the large numbers of volunteers its takes to support us in to run the event over the weekend, it can take up to 60-80 volunteers per night and we are very thankful for the support. We are excited about 2025,” he added.
Tickets are now available online for each night and weekend ticket options available via www.ballygawleymusicfestival.com
