DESCRIPTION:Beneath the solemn skies of the Wild Atlantic Way\,\nSurf emerges as the heart of the tide’s call.\nWaves speak in a language of raw power and grace\,\nAs music and film echo the coast’s enduring legacy.\nAt Salt Water Festival\, the ocean’s soul is honored above all. \n  \nThe Saltwater Festival celebrates Ireland’s vibrant surf culture along the iconic Atlantic stretch from Easkey in Sligo\, Strandhill\, Bundoran to Rossnowlagh in Donegal\, with a weekend packed full of world-class events and coastal experiences. \nThe festival features the WSL Junior Pro in Bundoran\, where the next generation of global surf talent will take on the legendary Peak\, alongside the European Surf Ski Championships in Easkey\, bringing over 100 elite paddlers to compete on powerful Atlantic waves. \nIn Rossnowlagh\, award-winning charity Liquid Therapy will host its Open Day\, inviting surfers with additional needs into the water for an inclusive\, empowering surf experience. Running alongside these events\, Saltwater offers a vibrant celebration of coastal life with beach sports\, local food experiences\, film screenings\, and a curated music trail\, all honoring the unique surf culture that has flourished along Ireland’s wild western shore
