SUMMARY:Matches and Old Flames
DESCRIPTION:It’s the brand new Irish comedy play by Tommy Marren – writer of ‘It’s The Real McCoy\, ‘3 Hail Mary’s’ and ‘Nobody’s Talking To Me’ – and it promises audiences another night of rip-roaring comedy.\n Maureen Corcoran decides to find love for her two maturing sons (Joe and Pat) who have no interest in marriage. She spots an advertisement in the Ireland’s Own magazine where two equally ‘mature’ ladies (Daisy and Rose) are on the lookout for romance and without consulting her sons Maureen invites the ladies to come and inspect the ‘talent’ for themselves! \n However\, Joe and Pat hatch an intricate plan that will surely scare the ladies off – or will it? It’s just one hilarious catastrophe after another as no obstacle is going to put Daisy and Rose off the ‘scent’! \n Get ready for wall-to-wall comedy with rare diseases\, tongue twisters\, a missing wife\, an overdue eternity ring\, a ‘dodgy’ sponge cake and news of an old flame all adding to the mayhem and madness – not to mention the ‘sting in the tail’ at the very end! \n Will Matches be struck or could someone get burned by an Old Flame? \n Starring Tommy Marren\, Eileen Slevin\, Anthony Brennan\, Mary Marren\, Kieran Brennan and Mary Barry\, this is one night of comedy where love is put to the test like never before!

SUMMARY:Indigestion
DESCRIPTION:This play has been described as sensitive\, hilarious\, intelligent\, absolutely compelling and refreshingly forthright. A man\, whose name we never hear\, tells us his story of a life\, always slightly out of his control…\n The madness of a simple rural man… a man shipped off to London at the age of 17…who goes through bouts of depression\, obesity and anger issues… finds and loses love\, comes back to Ireland to more misfortune and mayhem and yet there is HOPE. This is a story full of hope\, where laughter and tears join hands and race us through fifty years of a life\, not much different to our own. This is Seamus O’Rourke doing what he does best\, storytelling. \n Duration: one hour

Currently it is the home of many different species of eagles\, hawks\, owls\, falcons and vultures. There are also many different species of other birds and animals such as deer\, skunk and foxes. \nThe Irish Raptor Research Centre was established in 1999 as an institution for research on birds of prey and in 2003 parts of the area were opened to the public. Now Eagles Flying is one of the major tourist attractions in Ireland\, attracting tens of thousands of visitors annually to see the spectacular interactive bird shows with eagles\, hawks\, falcons\, vultures and owls. \nAmongst many other awards\, Eagles Flying has been awarded the Cerryificate of Excellence by Tripadvisor many times and then for eight years in a row the Travellers Choice Award by Tripadvisor. \nThere are shows twice daily led by specialists who give information about the biology of these magnificent creatures. During these entertaining interactive bird shows visitors can experience different types of raptors flying right over their head or landing next to them. \nSome have a wingspan of up to 3 metres. It is also possible to touch some of them and some members of the audience may even have one flying to their own hand. Eagles Flying staff developed a very special\, friendly way of working with raptors and other animals and there is no risk whatsoever for any member of the audience. \nThese shows are unique – you have never been that close to raptors! Even rain can not spoil this experience\, as shows can be presented indoors. \nDuring the shows\, starting at 11 am and 3 pm every day and lasting for approximately one hour\, the birds are presented in their natural environment. Before and after the shows\, the visitors can walk the park lands and enjoy the birds displayed in aviaries. Staff will give information on the birds and answer questions. \nPetting-Zoo\nFor the ones who prefer it more cuddly\, there is also a large supervised Petting-Zoo\, see Cuddle our Pet Animals. Here\, visitors can get hands-on with guinea-pigs\, pigs\, rabbits\, lambs\, goats\, donkeys\, ferrets\, and many more. \nCHRISTMAS AT EAGLES FLYING: \nIMPORTANT: The opening times are 3.30pm to 5.30 p.m. (Petting Zoo and Birds on the hand only). \nNo pre-booking\, please\, just pay on the day. \nPlease consider:\nMinders please do not leave children unattended.\nPets are not allowed into the sanctuary.
