Pilates & Lattes
Join Finn for a 50-minute mixed-level Mat Pilates class at the Ocean Sands Hotel, Enniscrone, followed by tea, coffee or matcha from Offshore Coffee – included in your ticket.
Expect the same Freedom Flow style you know and love. A feel-good Pilates flow combining breath-led movement, mobility and strength to leave you feeling grounded, energised and strong.
The class is open to all levels, with plenty of options offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
After class, we’ll head for coffee together, making this a lovely social way to move, unwind and connect. Perfect if you’re coming solo, meeting a friend, or looking to meet new people in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
New: BYOB (Bring Your Own Boy) To celebrate Finn teaching this class, you can bring your boyfriend, brother or a male friend along and avail of a discounted ticket for him. A nice way to get more men into the room and try something new.
