“I Had to Go for Counselling” is a warm and honest one-man show written by Gerry Farrell and performed by Colin O’Rourke. It tells the story of a man who has just retired and finds that life isn’t quite what he expected. Feeling a bit lost, he decides to go for counselling. The play is funny, moving, and easy to relate to — a look at how we cope with change and try to find meaning in a new stage of life
