The Junior Trad Music Seisiúns at the Coleman Music Centre, Gurteen run every Saturday throughout July and August, offering a warm, informal space for young traditional musicians to play together, build confidence, and connect with Sligo’s living musical heritage.
Led by respected musicians John Dwyer and Jessica Cunningham, these weekly sessions champion participation, creativity, and community—making them an ideal introduction to the Coleman Country’s vibrant trad scene. Families, visitors, and emerging players are all welcome.
