Can Wheelchairs Use the Ice?
Yes, our rinks are fully accessible by all. We can only allow non-electric wheelchairs on the ice due to health & safety.
Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is needed! This is a family fun rink
Do you have Skating Aids for Kids
Yes, we have small polar bear chairs which an adult can push while the child can sit on. These are on a first come first served basis and only available to children
How long do Sessions last?
All sessions last 45 minutes and will start on the hour.
Is there a Carers rate?
Carers go free with a carers card.
What age groups (& Children Age) do you cater for?
There is no minimum age, but kids must be of an age so they are able to walk prior to trying to skate, use a skate polar bear (skating aid) or being able to use double blades over their shoes.
What Skate Sizes do you have?
We have a skate size Child & Adult to suit all foot sizes.
We will also have a small number of double blades for kids (this are strap on double blades that go over their shoes), which means it’ll be like walking on the ice for very young children.
What should I wear for ice skating?
Wear warm clothes, gloves, and thick socks. We provide skates, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Where do I purchase tickets?
To ensure you get a ticket to the session you require, we’d recommend you purchase online via the ticketing site here. You may also purchase at our box office at the ice rink.

Polar Bear Ice Chairs
If you wish to be Guaranteed a Polar Bear Chair then please purchase one with your ticket. Alternatively, they have a small number of Polar Bear Ice Chairs which are free to use for all but on first come first served basis.
