St Patrick’s Day Festival

March 16 - March 17

Sligo St Patricks Day Festival

This year’s festival will be held in a marquee installation in Queen Maeve Square. The festivities begin on March 16th with performances by Music Generation, taking place in the marquee from approximately 6pm -10 pm

On St. Patrick’s Day, the marquee will host “The Scruffy Kids Show” from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. This junior disco, hosted by MC Scruffy, includes special guests and interactive games. The evening program features headliners The Tumbling Paddies, supported by The Dublin City Ramblers and One for the Road.

The parade itself starts at midday on March 17th on Mail Coach Road and flows through the town ending at Pearse Road past the Garda Station.

Route Map can be viewed here: https://sligostpatricksday.com/our-parade/

There will be 3 wheelchair access viewing areas at O’Connell St, Quay St and Teeling St. We advise arriving as early as possible as space will be limited.
