The Reset to Rise team recovery and reflection day is available as a half day or full day option and creates the opportunity to reflect after a busy season, performance push, or to realign purpose and energy.
Team members can decompress, reflect and reconnect through structured conversations, journaling and creative reflection sessions.

About the National Surf Centre
The National Surf Centre provides high quality fully serviced changing, shower and locker facilities with the extensive ground floor space to be used for surf class training and demonstrations.
A bespoke surf and leisure retail experience occupies the ground floor space and upstairs, a large-scale flexible meeting room, with breath-taking views of the ocean and surrounding landscape, offers a wide and inclusive programme of services to support the surfing novice to experienced surfer and is also available for hire for meetings and events.
Through developing a clear commercial plan, the National Surf Centre will be a self-sustaining tourism enterprise. It is managed to the highest professional standards and plays an active role in supporting and contributing to the vibrant and growing entrepreneurial community of Strandhill across tourism, health, leisure, wellness, technology and creative industries.
Strandhill is already recognised as a prime surfing destination and this facility further enhances its reputation on the national and international stage. It provides new reasons for visitors to stay longer in Strandhill by increasing awareness of the many outdoor activities in the immediate area.
The National Surf Centre Strandhill was developed by Sligo County Council, in partnership and with Grant Aid support from Fáilte Ireland and the Department of Rural and Community Development (RRDF Rural Regional Development Fund).
The centre is be the home base for a number of local surf schools and the County Sligo Surf Club. The centre hosts national and international surf competitions. The centre is now a net zero carbon building and operates to best practice sustainability standards.

About Strandhill
Strandhill is a remarkable village that boasts world class surf condition, a world class links golf course, a beautiful beach, stunning landscape and gorgeous cafes, bars and restaurants. It is home to the National Surf Centre where you can enjoy a hot shower, clean changing facilities and book surf lessons. They have a fabulous room available for hire that is ideal for corporate groups with a stunning sea view.
It’s name in Irish is An Leathros which loosely translates as ‘The half promontory’ and it is just a short distance from Sligo town. You can hop on the S2 bus which connects it with Sligo town and on to Rosses Point village. Sligo Airport is based here along with remote working hubs and festivals and events regularly held throughout the year.
This is a fantastic coastal seaside location and always popular with families. Please note that swimming is forbidden on Strandhill beach due to the extremely dangerous rip tides.
