Arranged over the 3rd floor of a purpose designed townhouse, the calming environment offers the perfect location for a broad range of therapies & classes to enhance a relaxing, peaceful state of mind & body.

Louise Waters is the founder of The Natural Therapies Centre. Louise’s love of natural therapies began in the late ninties when she trained in Aromatherapy Massage.

She has been offering her work to support peoples wellness since then. She is an energy and body worker and takes a holistic approach when working with people. Each treatment is tailored for a persons needs on an individual day.

Her journey has since led her to qualify as a Western Herbalist and Naturopath and to train in a variety of massage therapies, energy work & as a yoga teacher.

She specialness in massage, maternity treatments, energy work, yoga teaching and working with Aromatherapy oils. She also offers Eminence Organic Facials from her Treatment centre.
