A word from the owner!

“Hi everyone, my name is Jacky Burnside and I started this venture with my best buddy Sniper who sadly passed away recently. He was 17 years and the best company anyone could ask for. We were inseparable and loved travelling around in my campervan. He will live on in my heart forever!

My first experience in a sauna was four years ago and it was an experience I will never forget. I instantly fell in love with the heat and the way the sea made me feel super rejuvenated. Soon after it became a weekly treat but now its embedded in my lifestyle.

My friends and I love to hike, sauna, cook and camp out at weekends and during the summer. I am currently on a career break from primary teaching and running the sauna full time. I just love it! I love working by the sea & meeting new people, chatting to the locals, other campervanners, watching the surfers and taking in the epic views Dunmoran Strand has to offer.
