Situated in the heart of Sligo, The Yeats Society is a centre for literary culture and the arts. A permanent Yeats exhibition is on display and the Hyde Bridge Gallery on the first floor offers a range of contemporary exhibitions along with tour options for groups by prior arrangement.

This building also hosts weddings, ceremonies, cultural events and public meetings in the original Edwardian banking hall. Tours and Experiences are offered throughout the year such as Poetry Afternoon Tea and The Library Experience. The Yeats Society is also the host of Yeats International Summer School, the longest-running literary summer school in the world.

Hyde Bridge Gallery

The Hyde Bridge Gallery at the Yeats Building administers the Visual Arts Programme of Yeats Society Sligo. It welcomes new and established artists.
