Sligo Food Trail members continued their winning ways at the Irish Hotel Awards last week in the Galmont Hotel, Galway. The Radisson Blu triumphed in two categories, winning the International Brand Hotel of the Year and the Family Hotel of the Year (Connacht). Colette Tiernan from The Sligo Park Hotel was crowned winner of the prestigious Rising Star of the Year Award.
The Irish Hotel Awards come hot on the heels of the Restaurant Association of Ireland ‘Food Oscars’ where our members won a remarkable total of ten awards. These national prizes are proof positive of the quality of members in Sligo Food Trail and the really high standards of food and service they maintain.
