Invitation to Sligo Food & Drink Strategy 2026-2030 Focus Groups

Sligo County Council has commissioned a new Food and Drink Strategy to support the development and promotion of Sligo’s Food & Drinks Offering.

Focus groups to inform the strategy will take place in person on Tuesday 28th and Wednesday, 29th January across the county and online on Wednesday, 12th February 2025.

This is an opportunity for you to participate, engage with the discovery phase of the project and share your insights, which are valuable to the development of the new strategy.

You can attend any one of the three focus group locations or online. The focus group is open to owners/ managers of food and drink businesses in Sligo, who have an interest in promoting local produce.
