In 2023 the “Sligo 2030 One Voice, One Vision, Local Economic and Community Plan” was launched, envisioning a smart, sustainable, and socially inclusive Sligo, one that cherishes our vibrant communities, protects and celebrates our unique environment and rich culture, and champions innovative growth and development.
The Plan comprises 61 Actions, with 37 led by Sligo County Council and 24 by other agencies across County Sligo.
As we approach the end of 2024, and as part of the commitment to monitoring and accountability, we are excited to share the Newsletter, “Sligo 2030: One Year On.”
This publication highlights the progress made on several of these Actions to showcase what outcomes can be achieved by working collaboratively.
